How it works
Recognized pain opens the conversation. Evidence determines what happens next.
Time Bridges does not enter with a predetermined recommendation. The same sequence structures every engagement and every case study on this site.

The seven stages
- 01
Pain
The recurring problem as the owner or team actually experiences it.
- 02
Asset
The value that already exists: people, knowledge, tools, relationships, proof.
- 03
Constraint
What the available evidence suggests is preventing that value from moving — separated from what remains a hypothesis.
- 04
Decision
The specific next decision the evidence supports — including further investigation, referral, or no intervention.
- 05
Activation
The intervention itself: rules, workflow, asset, or system put into actual use.
- 06
Evidence
What can be observed after activation — and an explicit statement of what remains unverified.
- 07
Economic Consequence
What the evidence supports about money, time, capacity, performance, or preserved spend. Before evidence exists, this remains a hypothesis.
Constraint evidence comes before intervention; outcome evidence comes after activation. Economic consequence comes last in the canonical sequence because any consequence named before evidence exists is only an estimate or hypothesis.
Start where the evidence starts.
The $500 Constraint Evidence Diagnostic is one 90-minute focused session on one recurring operating problem, followed by a written brief. It may recommend installation, another intervention, further investigation, a referral, or no additional work.
