Start a Diagnostic

Start with evidence, not a predetermined solution.

The Constraint Evidence Diagnostic is a $500 pilot: one 90-minute focused session on one recurring operating problem, followed by a written Constraint Evidence Brief.

Request a diagnostic

Six questions. The more specific the problem, the more useful the first reply.

One problem that keeps coming back.

An estimate is fine — hours, money, or stalled decisions.

No payment is taken here. I will review the problem and respond directly to confirm whether the diagnostic is the right next step.

Please do not include confidential customer, employee, patient, or client information. Your responses are sent directly to Isaac and used only to assess fit and prepare a reply.

What the $500 diagnostic covers
  • — Pain, and assets where they are evidenced
  • — Likely constraint, supporting evidence, and remaining unknowns
  • — A focused decision and workflow map
  • — An economic or operational consequence hypothesis
  • — The recommended next decision

Scope limitations

Implementation and organization-wide analysis are outside the diagnostic. It may recommend installation, another intervention, further investigation, a referral, or no additional work. If evidence supports a six-week Operational Certainty Installation, that is a separate $7,500 engagement.

Institutional inquiry

Organizational and cross-functional engagements

For institutional initiatives, the same evidence-led practice can clarify governance, approval paths, handoffs, funding readiness, and responsible technology implementation.
